What makes Islescentes Incense "100% natural"?

Most commercial incense uses charcoal, synthetic binders, and chemical fragrances. Ours is crafted using only ground botanicals, resins, and essential oils, crafted in Bali. You are breathing in the earth, nothing else.

How should I burn my incense for the best experience?

Light the tip of the stick and allow the flame to burn for a few seconds before blowing it out. Place it in a secure holder. To maintain the purity of the scent, we recommend burning in a well-ventilated space to let the aroma drift naturally.

How long does each ritual last?

We offer two distinct burn times to suit your needs:

• The Daily Ritual: Our standard sticks provide a focused, intentional burn of approximately 30 minutes.
• The Extended Ritual: Our long-burning sticks are designed for deeper immersion, lasting approximately 2 hours.

Note: Because our incense is crafted using only natural botanicals and no synthetic accelerants, burn times may vary slightly by batch.

Is the incense safe to burn around pets and children?

Yes. Because our incense is 100% botanical crafted without charcoal, synthetic binders, or chemical "fragrance" it is much cleaner than traditional incense. However, as with any ritual involving smoke, we recommend burning in a well-ventilated room and keeping lit sticks out of reach of curious hands and paws.

Are your textiles truly non-toxic for newborns?

Absolutely. Our nursery collection is made from eco-friendly materials. This means every fiber is grown without toxic pesticides and processed without harmful dyes or bleaches. It is the cleanest possible environment for your child’s skin.

Which ritual should I choose: 30-minute or 2-hour?

It depends on your window of stillness. Our 30-minute sticks are perfect for a morning meditation or clearing the air after a long day. Our 2-hour sticks are designed for deeper immersion which is ideal for long baths, hosting guests, or an evening of total sanctuary.

How can I track the journey of my order?

Once your order is carefully packed and dispatched from our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey from our home to yours in real-time.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. International orders are shipped via DHL Express (3-5 business days). Please note that international duties may be collected upon delivery.
