All content featured on this website including our artisan photography, distinctive logos, brand narrative, and product designs is the exclusive property of Earthly Kin. To honor the work of our artisans and creators, you may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our express prior written consent.

2. Product Integrity

We take immense pride in the accuracy of our descriptions and the natural purity of our ingredients. However, as our products are artisan-crafted and derived from botanical sources, slight variations in color or scent may occur. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the suitability of a product (specifically regarding botanical allergies) before purchase.

3. Pricing & Elegant Exchange

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change to reflect the costs of our global sourcing and artisan partnerships. By providing your payment details, you authorize Earthly Kin to charge the specified amount for your selected rituals.

4. Shipping & Global Journey

We currently offer shipping to the continental U.S. and select international destinations. While we process orders with intention and speed, delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and cannot be guaranteed. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your region are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns & Reflections

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a selection does not resonate with you, please contact our concierge at sales@earthlykin.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Conditions: Items must be unused and in original, sealed packaging.

• Fees: Return shipping is provided by the customer.

• Exclusions: Discovery Editions and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

6. Brand Evolution Notice

Earthly Kin is the natural evolution of our original brand, Islescentes. You may notice our former brand name on certain historical documents, packaging, or legal records. By using this site, you acknowledge that Earthly Kin and Islescentes are one and the same regarding your legal protections and obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earthly Kin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or the enjoyment of our products beyond the purchase price of the items.
