Our Philosophy on Service

At Earthly Kin, your peace of mind is as important to us as the purity of our products. We strive for every delivery to be a moment of quiet joy. However, we understand that a return or exchange is sometimes necessary to ensure your sanctuary is exactly as you envisioned.


Returns & Exchanges

  • The Window of Reflection: We kindly ask that you initiate any return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your delivery. This allows us to manage our small-batch artisan inventory and assist you as efficiently as possible.

  • How to Initiate: To begin the process, please reach out to our concierge team at sales@earthlykin.com. We will guide you through the process and provide tailored instructions for your items.

  • Condition for Return: To honor our commitment to quality, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition. Incense and oils must be unopened and in original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Exclusions: To maintain our sustainability standards, Discovery Editions (Samplers) and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

  • Return Shipping: As a small brand dedicated to fair pricing and artisan support, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches our studio safely.

  • Refunds & Resolutions: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will work promptly to secure your preferred replacement based on current availability.
