Shipping & Delivery
The Journey to Your Door
At Earthly Kin, we treat every order as a sacred delivery. Our crafted incense travels from our artisan partners in Bali to our studio, where it is carefully inspected and packed with intention before being sent to you.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic U.S. orders of $60 or more. For international orders and domestic orders below this threshold, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your sanctuary's location.
Processing & Timeline

Standard Processing: Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Weekend Rituals: Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays, or over the weekend, will begin their journey on the following business day.

Domestic Transit: Standard Shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

International Transit: For our kin outside the U.S., delivery times vary by destination. Estimates will be provided at the moment of checkout.
International Delivery & Customs
We currently offer delivery to selected international markets. Please note:

Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Processing: Occasionally, international packages may experience delays at customs. While we cannot control these timelines, we are happy to assist with any documentation needed for a smooth transition.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their system.
The Brand Evolution
As we transition from Islescentes to Earthly Kin, you may still see our original brand name on shipping labels or outer packaging. Rest assured, the artisan quality and natural ingredients inside remain unchanged.
Delivery Care & Support

Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but your package has not arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
